What’s your process for helping someone downsize or move?

Our services look different for each individual because we always begin by asking - “What is your goal?” Together we will create a plan that works best for you and map out a timeline to help you reach your goals. The most important things to consider - Tossing, donating, selling, keeping and preserving. We will help you navigate all of that!

Can I buy a gift card?

YES! You can click on the link egiftcards in the menu! Our gift cards may be used towards any of our services, and they never expire!

Do I need to clean my house before you do a home inventory?

The most frequently asked question, and the answer is NO! We do not care about tidiness, we just don’t want you to wait for the perfect day. In fact, we are more than happy to come back and utilize our organizing services for you if that is something you need as well!

Do you document art collections?

Yes we do! We take professional photographs that include front imagery, back of work documentation and Provenance. Should you wish to sell any part of your collection, Preserved LLC can recommend auction houses to contact. We provide a thumb drive of your collection so that it is simple to send museum-quality photographs for consideration. We implement the same process for other collections such as stamps, coins, glass and jewelry.

Who decides which items to move, sell or donate?

YOU do! We will help you through the process of sifting and sorting your possessions, but you will make the final decision on where things go!

How can I preserve heirloom origins?

We can create a Legacy book that features high-quality photographs of your treasured heirlooms. Or, we can create an origin inventory report that documents the origins of all your special items and be shared with family and friends.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do! We accept cash, checks or credit cards.
